Hard fast rolling door

A special control system is used for the hard and fast turbo door. The core is the DSP processing chip. The system can accurately control the opening height of the door by receiving the signal from the Senli motor encoder.

(1) the system has the function of displaying fault codes through the LED tube.

(2). Steering protection: when the motor drive line is wrong, the controller will report the error directly and the door body will stop.

(3). The torsion ring, position loop and speed loop of the special system are fully closed.

(4) The system has its own braking function, so that the motor can be stopped at a designated position without the use of external electromagnetic brake pads, and the door body can stop at specified position without any difference.

(5) Memory function when power off: After the power off is manually operated, the power will be reset directly without any adjustment

(6) Overcurrent protection of motor overload.

The door curtain is a divided assembly structure, which consists of Aluminum alloy door plate with heat insulation for broken bridge, multi layer sealant, silencer bearing hinge, polyurethane guide wheel, etc.

1. the standard thickness of the thermal insulation door is 40mm, and the surface is treated by anodizing and organic coloring. The wind resistance can reach to 12 grade ,according to the standard color of the international color card,there are many colors can be selected, for example: raw color of aluminum alloy,

pearl white and Chinese red, etc.

2. seal the door panels through the soft connecting strip, and the flexible connection part has a life span of more than one million times.

3. the hinge bearing mode is designed to make the door curtain joint unstressed, and the door panels are not contacted,it can keep the evenness after long time.

4.The door runs through the guide wheel of polyurethane material in the aluminum alloy track, and runs at high speed.

Safety system

1. infrared safety protection electric eye: on both sides of the door frame, there is an electric eye on both sides of the doorframe. When there is an obstacle under the fast door, the door remains open; if the object passes through during it drops, the door will turn to the opening position, and then delay drops when there is no obstacle at the bottom. The external infrared device can be used to control the rapid rebound of the door. The rebound speed can be set simply by modifying parameters. It is also possible to determine the function definition of the infrared device by modifying the parameters. For example, when the infrared is touched, is it a single function rebound or the door not moving for a long time, all of which can be determined by modifying the parameters.

2. bottom safety protection side: when the door is falling, when the object is in the blind area of infrared safety protection, the door will rebound quickly to open  when the door presses in the lower obstacle, which effectively protecting the underneath objects or pedestrians from the accident.

For the installed closed door (4x 3M), the thermal insulation performance is K less than 0.6W/ (K). Standard one button with emergency stop switch, manual opening after power off.
