The glass used in the engineering of aluminum alloy doors and windows should comply with the requirements of GB/T7020, GB9962, GB/T9963, GB/T11944 and JGJ113.
Before the glass is installed or assembled, a vernier caliper with a resolution of 0.02mm is used to measure the middle point of each side of the checked glass. The average value of the measured results is taken, and two bits are repaired to the decimal point. Oxidation treatment: the oxide film is thinner, the thickness is about 0.5 ~ 4 microns, and it is porous, soft, and has good adsorbability. It can be used as the bottom of the organic coating, but its wear resistance and corrosion resistance are not as good as the anodic oxide film; electrochemical oxidation, the chemical oxidation treatment equipment of aluminum and aluminum alloy is simple, easy to operate and has high production efficiency, what’s more it does not consume electric energy, has wide application range, and also it is not restricted by the size and shape of parts.
Powder electrostatic spraying: Powder electrostatic spraying profiles are characterized by its’ excellent corrosion resistance, acid and alkali salt spray resistance is much better than the oxide colored aluminum door profiles. External protection and decoration for equipment are usually carried out on the basis of oxidation. Aluminum parts should be pre treated before painting, so that the coating and workpiece can be firmly combined. Generally there are three ways including phosphating (phosphate method), chromizing (chrome free) and chemical oxidation.
Electrophoretic coating aluminum alloy doors and windows: the surface of the electrophoretic coating material is lust and soft, it can resist the emplacement of the acid rain of cement and mortar. 90% of the aluminum door and window aluminum materials in Japan have been painted by electrophoresis.
Fluorocarbon coating has excellent corrosion resistance and weatherability. It can resist acid rain, salt mist and all kinds of air pollutants. It has excellent cold and heat resistance, and can resist intense ultraviolet radiation. It can keep the color without fading and powdery for a long time, and has long service life.
The advantages of ordinary aluminum alloy are good weatherability and anti-aging ability, while shortage is heat insulation is not as good as other materials.
